1 lb. ground lean turkey (93% lean)

2 Tbsp. College Inn® Savory Infusions® Roasted Chicken & Herb Base

1 tsp. vegetable oil

4 hamburger buns or large lettuce leaves

Mediterranean Style Turkey Burgers – Sliced tomato, cucumber slices, tzatziki sauce

Turkey & Smoked Cheese Burgers – Caramelized onions, smoked cheddar or gouda

American Bistro Turkey Burgers – Pickled red onion, tomato slices, lettuce, Dijon mustard

Classic Turkey Burgers - Ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato

BBQ Turkey Burgers – BBQ sauce, dill pickle slices, cheddar and grilled onions

Aloha Turkey Burgers - Grilled pineapple rings, Swiss cheese, white onion slices

California Turkey Burgers – Sliced avocado, bacon, tomato slices, lettuce, cheddar


  1. Gently but thoroughly mix together turkey and Savory Infusions.  (Do not overwork the meat to avoid tough, dense burgers.)

  2. Lightly form meat into 4 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the patties and cook about 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.  Flip burgers with a spatula and cook 3 to 4 more minutes (165°F internal temperature). To grill, heat grill to medium-high (450°F).  Cook burgers on a clean, oiled grate over indirect heat 4 to 5 minutes on one side; flip and cook 3 to 4 more minutes (165°F internal temperature).   Serve on toasted buns or in lettuce leaves with toppings of choice.
