Each bowl of this satisfying, steaming soup is packed with the goodness of six delicious vegetables, and is ready to enjoy in only 25 minutes because the dicing and slicing was already done for you!

Ingredients

1 can Del Monte® Cut Green Beans-No Salt Added 

1 can Del Monte® Whole Kernel Corn-No Salt Added 

1 can Del Monte® Zucchini with Italian Style Tomato Sauce 

1 can Del Monte® Sliced Carrots 

2 cans Del Monte® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano-No Salt Added 

2 cans College Inn® Fat Free & Lower Sodium Chicken Broth 

2 cans Del Monte® Whole New Potatoes 

2 tsp. sugar 

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper 

1/2 tsp. salt 

3/4 cup parsley

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except salt, pepper and parsley in 5-qt. soup pot.
  2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve soup sprinkled with parsley.
  4. Variation: Can substitute 2 cans of Del Monte Diced Potatoes for the whole potatoes to save even more time.
