Ingredients

  • 3 cups College Inn® Chicken Broth
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) cubed herb seasoned stuffing mix *
  • 1 large red or green tart apple, such as Braeburn or Granny Smith, peeled, cored, and chopped (1-1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp. dried rubbed sage or dried rosemary, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Gently stir together all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray; cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or until heated through.
